Welcome to Paradise Too! We are located at 16 Morrell Street inside the Thomas B. Costain /SC Johnson Community Centre. Our programs at this Centre begin when your Toddler reaches 16 months. We also offer the flexibility of a Part Time Program 2 or 3 days per week and a new Half Day Program beginning at age 2.5. Paradise Too has the added attraction of access to a gym and the beautiful Grand River Trail System located across from our centre.

We will be closed on February 19 for Family Day, enjoy a long weekend with your family!
We will be hosting a centre wide Valentines Day Party on February 14. Parents please feel free to send in treats as long as they are peanut/nut free and purchased in a grocery store. If you would like to send valentines, your teachers will confirm the number of children in your class and simply sign your child’s name. We will assist your child handing them out during the Valentines circle.
Don’t forget if your little one is having a Birthday, please feel free to bring in a peanut/nut free store bought treat to celebrate.
Our door is locked during the day. If you are picking up at a time that is not your normal pick up time, please ring the door bell or call us (519) 751-2412 and we will let you in. Reminder our hours are 7:30 am until 5:30 pm.
As of January 2018 our fees will be increasing. Toddlers are $42.25 per day and Preschool is $38.75.
Our centre has adapted “How Does Learning Happen” program as set out by the Ministry of Education. For more information regarding how our centre implements the program please refer to our Program Statement on our website. Outside our classrooms we have documentation posted with pictures and explanation as to how we implement “How does Learning Happen” on a daily basis.
Continuous training for our RECE’s:
We are committed to assisting our RECE’s with continuous training in the field of Early Childhood Education through seminars, workshops and programs. Some of these programs are listed below for your information;
Our teachers have completed an excellent training program called the Triple P for the ECE, The program discusses Positive Parenting Solutions and the information is posted outside each classroom. Please ask your classroom teacher for more information and parenting strategies.
The ELECT Program (Early Learning for Every Child Today) has been adopted by the Ministry of Education as a frame work for Early Childhood settings. The Framework sets out six shared principles as a foundation for optimal learning. Our staff has completed the ELECT training. If you have any questions please feel free to ask your classroom teachers and they will be more then happy to share the information and you can also visit www.ontario.ca/childcare for information.
